School Improvement
Our School Improvement process identifies key areas for improvement through the school's self evaluation; the School Improvement meetings with the Director of Education and the external reviews that take place throughout the year. These priorities inform the overall programme of support for our individual schools along with shaping the continuous personal development (CPD) offer that the Trust delivers.
Our School Improvement strategy is embedded into the Trust's daily activity, supported by a network of internal and external colleagues. The strategy consists of short term, medium term, and long term activities.
